The best of both worlds. Sirloin on one side, tenderloin on the other, cooked on the bone and sliced for the table.
OP Rib (Costata) — $195
Rich, juicy and beautifully marbled. A bone-in rib cut with plenty of flavour and absolutely no need to order modestly.
Tomahawk — $215
The show-off. A seriously impressive bone-in rib steak, made for sharing and arriving at the table with a little ceremony.
